5. Pricing & Payment
Paid plans, if enabled, are billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown on the site. You can cancel according to the billing terms shown at checkout.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes & Termination
The operator may update these Terms or suspend the Service with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
