This Privacy Policy explains how the Service collects, uses, and protects personal information. ThumbMentor uses YouTube API Services when you choose to connect a YouTube channel.
The Service may collect account information, billing-related information, usage data, technical logs, and YouTube-related data needed to operate the product, including connected channel metadata, granted scopes, and channel performance metrics returned by Google APIs.
Information is used to provide the Service, authenticate users, manage accounts, process payments, connect and analyze the user's authorized YouTube channel, deliver support, secure the product, and improve product performance.
The Service relies on third-party providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Google APIs, Gemini, Resend, and analytics vendors to operate core features. When you use YouTube-connected features, Google may also process data according to the Google Privacy Policy.
The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and may use analytics cookies when consent and configuration allow.
Personal data is retained only as long as needed to operate the Service, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes. While a YouTube connection remains active, ThumbMentor may refresh connected channel metadata and performance snapshots so the product can keep working. If you disconnect a channel, revoke access, or request deletion, ThumbMentor stops initiating new in-product work from that connection and handles related stored-data requests through the current support process, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal and operational constraints. If you granted YouTube access, you can also revoke ThumbMentor's access from the Google security settings page at any time.
